Airport Pickups & policy

BWI & DULLES AIRPORT 

Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area for your arriving flight with a name sign, unless otherwise instructed.

For INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS, our driver will meet you outside Custom with a name sign.

NATIONAL AIRPORT:

Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the 2nd curb lane with a name sign on passenger window before coming out of terminal call us at 1-800-480-2571 Please use any of the exits nearest to your airline at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

UNION STATION:

Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window. Upon coming out of union station call us at 1-800-480-2571

It's very Important that you call our office if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our operators can modify your reservation.

If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call us immediately so that our dispatchers can locate you and tell him where you are.

Cancellation Policy:

Sedan job client can cancel 2 hours before pickup time with $10.00 processing fee if not you will be charged a full amount of the trip. Limousine Van and SUV client can cancel 48 hours 

before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee if you cancel after 48 hours you will be billed minimum 3 hours of service charges.

Agreement & Liability:

Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses. Client agrees that the passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.  In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for nay personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. A sick policy is also in effect for any one getting sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $150.00.Fulljoy Limousine cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job as it is schedule time or complete a Job. In the event that the requested vehicle can not be provided. Fulljoy Limousine may provide a vehicle of equal standing.
